KvK (Kingdom vs Kingdom or Kingdom of Power) is the biggest competitive event in KingShot. It pits two servers against each other for rewards, control, and influence. Winning affects which kingdom attacks or defends, and it can shape your server’s future prestige.
Who Participates and Timing
- Your kingdom must be eligible (~70 days old) to enter matchmaking.
- KvK runs roughly monthly with a multi-phase cycle spanning about 2 weeks.
Phases
Preparation Phase (5 Days)
This is the most critical phase by far for determining who goes on offense.
Both kingdoms earn points through daily tasks. The kingdom with higher total points after 5 days wins prep and gets the best position in the battle phase.
Tasks include:
- Speedups, Truegold spending, training troops, research, upgrades
- Governor charm and gear advancement
- Intel missions and wilderness engagements for extra points
- Pet advancement (advanced taming marks are high-value)
Tips:
- Save all key resources (speedups, Truegold, shards, etc.) before prep.
- Winning prep is critical — preparing well matters more than a single battle.
Point Priorities:
- Finish intel missions on days 1,2,3 and 5 (skip day 4)
- Use Truegold for construction and research on the correct days.
- Train high-tier troops during their designated day.
- Set daily tasks and caps so people aren’t overspending early.
- Encourage all players to participate — even smaller players help the total.
